Senator Leman requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                                          
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 23 am be taken up. The                                                  
resolution was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                                
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE JOINT                                         
RESOLUTION NO. 23(FIN) am Proposing amendments to the                                               
Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to an appropriation limit                              
and a spending limit, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the
